This recipe is easy and oh so yummy.

1 small box sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 small tub sugar free cool whip
1 small box sugar free vanilla wafers (I use Murray's, its all I can find here)
2-3 bananas

Mix pudding according to directions on box. Fold in thawed cool whip, add vanilla wafers and sliced bananas and mix well. Chill and enjoy!

I've been dying for this but I can't find the sugar free vanilla wafers anywhere around here.

I looked for them and this link is all I've found so far. http://www.bostoncookies.com/sugarfreevanillawafers.shtml
They're not Murray, but Walmart should have them if there's one near.

I can't find sugar free wafers here either. I've asked Tops to carry sugar free products but they gave me a song and dance about what they can get in the store. Maybe I'll try Wegmans and if no luck I check out the link. Thanks christine (internetnut)

It's good without the vanilla wafers too.

In my area.. Walmart and Food Lion both have Murray sf vanilla waffers. Also many other flavors. They are good but they do have carbs if that is a problem.

Hi,

You do prepare the sugar free instant pudding with skim milk first right?  Just wanted to confirm.  Sounds yummmy

Just use whatever milk you normally use. We use 2% around here. And yes, make it first.
