more great recipes Id love to share with u

I dont know about you ladies but Im always looking out for new
recipes. About 2 yrs about when I had my RNY I found a great group of
ladies that had the lapband done and they all traded recipes on this
forum. Well alot of the no sugar recipes and low fat are and all kinds
of great recipes you can get parties ect.

I just wanted to let u all know about it. Its totally free and they
dont ever spam you. You just have to get an invite email and thats
it. You can copy/print as many recipes off the site as you like. You
can put in yours if u like but are not required.... but the sharing is
what makes it happen.

If you would like an invite just send me you email address to
Mariahs36@yahoo. com and I'll see u get an invite. You can check it out
before u register. I think u will really like it and the more we get
to join the more recipes we will have to share. Thanks.
