Low Carb Pizza Recipe
I found this recipe on the Food Network and tried it out this weekend and thought it was delicious being that the crust was made out of soy flour. The recipe is extremely easy and is as follows: 1 1/2 cups soy flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup club soda
1tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together (will be a thick batter). With spatula spread the batter as thin and evenly possible in pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-15mins or until firm to touch. Remove crust and increase oven temp to 400 degrees. Apply sauce and toppings to taste and bake.
