I am having a major cooking melt down.  I hate my cooking and I don't like to cook and even if I follow a recipe, I don't like it.  Help!!!!

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Break recipes down to easier steps....

think about the smells and the flavors and how you will like them and hey if you mess it up, try again.

I'm lucky that I know the things that I love to taste and how they react when you mix the flavors from the different spices...but you know what?  i experimented A LOT and there were always those things that weren't a major hit...some of them were downright disgusting....

So hey....do me this favor....  do a seach for something called "a-ha mac and cheese"  make it with DREAMFIELD'S low carb pasta..... and take your sweet time....it has a TON of cheese...and it seems so complicated, until you realize what it tastes like in your mouth....  it's heavenly and worth the time to just cook and relax......yes, i said it....  it is possible to relax when someone isn't screaming for their dinner and you're alone in the kitchen....  it's a time to chill out, and look at your creative side...  don't shy away form the tuff stuff...  if someone else made it, they are a human just like you...    i strive to make things from a place called "el bulli" all the time... and umm I'm not successful all of the time, but they are little miracles of recipes that are more magic and chemistry than being composed by a chef....    like caviar made with pear juice and champagne...no fish eggs, just fruit and champagne to look like fish eggs...heaven in your mouth and it's gorgeous on a plate...
