Where is the saurkraut and pork recipe w/sourcream?

I know it was here, I thought it was posted by Hear me roar. It was low carb and had dill and i think caraway , as wellas a sour cream sauce over it.

I have not seen the one Thomas posted.  Here is the one I make:

2-4 lbs  pork shoulder, cubed (depends on how many I need to feed)
2 large cans sauerkraut
1 tsp carawy seed
1/2 onion, chopped
2 apples, chopped

Put pork on bottom of crockpot.  Top with other ingredients (the liquid in the sauerkraut goes in too).  Put on low and 6-8 hours later serve with sour cream topping.  I make mashed potatoes as a side dish.
