Asian Meatballs with Peanut sauce

2 tbs peanut butter

1 tbs soy sauce

2 tsp sesame oil or hot pepper sesame oil

½ cup chicken broth

1 pound ground turkey or chicken

½ cup chopped scallions

1 tsp garlic chile paste

2 tsp grated peeled ginger

1 tbs soy sauce

¼ cup flax meal or bread crumbs

Blend peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and broth in a small bowl and set aside.

Combine other ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 1tbs balls. Spray fry pan with Pam and cook at medium high heat until browned, about 4 minutes. Pour sauce into the pan, lower the heat and gently coo****il bubbling. Add water as needed to get to the consistency you want. Roll meatballs in sauce to coat.        I personally prefer to bake the meatballs. 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

These sound good.  So do you bake the Meatballs and then just pour the sauce over, before serving or do you bake them in the oven with the sauce for the 45 min?

Thanks

I would bake the meatballs first. Then put the sauce ingredients in a pan, heat up, and add the meatballs to coat.  Terry
