I'm loving the low carb recipes as my food plan is low carb.  I do not restrict anything else other than carbs but I do count my daily protein (my goal is 100g minimum).  Are all the recipes you post your own creations or are they copied from various sources?  I ask only because your recipes are fab but they would be PERFECT if the nutritional value was provided also.  Is this something you can do?  Keep the great recipes coming!!!!!!!!

If you use fitday you can all all of the ing. and it will break down the nuts for you.  You just have to click on that option.  Good luck with that.

Please check this web site out ....I am not a cook and I have no clue around the kitchen ....but this web site has helped me when I wanted a breakdown.

Also I explored your home page and I thank you ....you did a fabulous job in explaining the DS surgery. I have had revision lap band surgery 3 times now.....yes , 3 times now....and I have only lost 60 of my 125 pounds. I am seriously considering the DS and if you can......pretty please...would you share your experience with me.....you look fabulous.....and Brad Pitt looks mighty inviting as well.....

Most all of my recipes are from scratch, donated by friends who needed them converted to low carb, or stolen from family members who would hurt me if they knew I had them.   I know the values would be helpful, but once I change the ingredient list I change so much of it that it's impossible for me to gather all of the details to make it concise enough to be accurate...so for me, I only worry about carbs....

i've got a lot of friends who are foodies that send me about 15 recipes per week to convert for them with the understanding that I'm allowed to publsh them after i make the changes, (and because I change the ingredient list by a big percentage....  Sorry girl, I wish I could do it differently...just don't have the time available...
