I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to him??  I see all his recipes are from a deactivate member.  I sure hope he isn't gone for ever.  I loved his recipes and really enjoyed them.

Hey T!! I have been inactive for a longtime! Just wanted to say Hello. My Lapband surgery was a fail. My body rejected it and grew scar tissue over and around two ports so it could not be adjusted. I had lost 65 lbs and had to have it removed. Gained it all back, insurance denied any other type of weight loss surgery. Appeal was denied. I just gave up, which is not like me at all!

I have been on a Low Carb Lifestyle with my husband completely on board for two years. I have lost the 65 lbs again!! Still working on the rest and it is slow but not giving up this time. Your recipes have been invaluable to us.

I have missed you and all the other friends here! I noticed you are on Pacific Time are you not still in the VI? Hope you are well!

Oh yeah!!!!  I'm so GLAD he's back!!!  Am I missing something here - if the person doesn't like your eating plan, they could just skip over the posts, right?  Oh well, as long as you're back and those of us who LOVE you and your recipes can breathe a sigh of relief and cook on!!!

Highest 323 / Surgery Day 289 / Current 165 - RNY 10-27-07, Hit Goal 08-18-08. Tummy tuck 10-28-09 - UW Plastic Surgery Residency Ctr, Breast/Arm Lift w/Dr. Sepehr Egrari in Bellevue, WA on 5-22-13!

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.  Unknown

I'm glad you asked the question.  I was wondering the same thing too!  Glad to see he's still here though.  Love his recipes!

Woohoo, I am so glad your still around and as you can see so are many many more.  My pc crashed and I have lost all my recipes that hadn't been put on DVD, so I am in the process of rebuilding.  I will be checking in on you and so glad your back and taking care of us.

PS.  I am sending you my email for the low carb diet, I know I had a different surgery, but I am 3 yrs out and never dieted.  I would like to get off the carbs and get myself built up for Plastics.  Thanks again and welcome Home!

This is the best post I have read all day.  I am happy to see he's back.  I am really just now getting far enough to enjoy some of his recipes.  I was really sad when I looked for him last time and didn't see any new posts.

I weighed 313 pounds on December 1, 2008 the day of my RNY surgery and have lost 81%
of my excess body weight to-date.                                        Current as of November 1, 2009
OH Mini-Challenge Goal for New Year's Day is 170 pounds. 11 pounds to go!
