Cowboyonfire returns because of the love you showed!

That's right....all of you in this forum along with a few others have prompted me to return....  Ms. Shauna was the catalyst, she's in our WONDERFUl recipe forum, so please, let her know she is loved.  She sent an email to a friend of mine after she posted a response from the person who has a problem with my form of dieting...and well the lady was nasty to her.....so after reading it carefully, I thought about it and I should have stood my ground and just let it move along.

I could not belive the amount of love that has been shown to me.  I can't retrieve my old cowboyonfire name, so this is the new me...

I'm completely in awe of your support and love and I had no idea some of you were even out there.  My email has been packed full at home of people simply being kind and supportive.  I'm humbled and I thank each and every one of you.

Ms Shauna, you are my hero.  Thank for you being selfless and tough.

You da man!   Don't let some mean person run you off of anywhere.  Being an internet troll is some folks only claim to fame.   They enjoy the act of being nasty and disagreeable.  I liken it to people who will get behind the wheel of a car and do things they would never do face to face.  Sort of cowardly, huh?  I don't understand it, but as my grandma used to say, 'Gail, you just have to ignore ignorance.'   And you know, my grandma was a very smart lady.

So don't let the !@#$#s get you down!   Happy to see you back.

Thank you Shauna for being the catalyst and friend to us all.

YEAH!!! I'm so glad to see you back T. As stated in my post - this board is about supporting one another and that was all I was doing. You've given me many recipes that my VERY picky mister actually eats - there is no way that I could let you leave without a fight :-)

Again, I'm soooo happy to see you back and can't wait for more amazing recipes and comradery!

Melting....

My version of the Militant low carb diet is pretty restrictive at first but opens up quickly after hardened ketosis, my version takes a little longer than the atkins version (only in the beginning), but you can eat a few more carbs in the long run and keep on losing weight without the stall.  If you PM me your email address, i'll send you the first portion of it.  I eat really well and stay in ketosis solidly when i want to. I'm at the point of being a little too skinny for my personal taste, but it's the mainline diet that I revert back to incase I hit my "limit mark".  I also have a 30 day diet that extends past the 1st portion and then it's up to you to create menus from there, but I'll always help you with any of those, so it's nearly endless.

Let me know, I'm always here to help...
