HOw 'bout with the black bean burger or tomato basil?  I am not creative at and I seem to be eating just the same ole' boring things day after day and I am starting to loose all motivation.  I need quick easy recipes as I have 5 children under the age 5.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

And you needed WLS? LOL I think I'd be running 24/7 with those kids!
Seriously, I'm in the same boat, and I only have the one Squid.

Hi- I tend to eat more vegetarian protein sources so I use Morningstar Farms products all the time.  They make a griller crumble which is like ground beef.  I use that to make chili.  I also add it to a crock pot with any kind of canned bean, a can of tomatos, italian spices and some cut up veggies.  I put it into lasagna and baked macaroni instead of ground beef.  The other product they make that I really like is the sausage-style crumbles.  I make peppers and onions and throw the crumbles in and it tastes like real sausage and peppers.  I also use it like the griller crumbles-in bean stews, in lasagna and even in bean soups.  It tastes good with any bean especially in lental soup.  -Donna
