Tried this today and it's yummy!

Fage 0% yogurt
1 packet splenda
2 T. sugar-free carmel syrup

Mix and enjoy!

Cindy, my friend T, (cowboyonfire), tried this and said it was really good. He said the only thing missing was the little cruchy burned sugary bits on the top, which he knew he couldn't have! lol.

I have an idea to fix that: take two or three glazed walnuts, chop them up coarsely, and put them on top of the yogurt.

Sooooo good. I made the recipe that Hungrygirl.com has which is almost like yours, except it calls for cinnamon, too. Yummy!

Around here I found mine at Harris Teeter and Lowe's Food, but Wal-mart might carry it as well. It dosen't have to be the Fage brand as long as it's plain greek yogurt.
