Cross Post - looking for jello, fruit & nut recipe

I had no idea there was a recipe forum -- how cool!  Just posted this in the main one -- I tried a jello mold over the holidays and wanted to try to make a WLS friendly version using s/f jello, fage yogurt in place of sour cream, and fruit and nuts... any ideas are appreciated!

Claire, I used this recipe for my Christmas dinner--it was yummy...I think I got it from here to be honest....
Green Fluff Stuff w/ fruit
1 small pkge SF lime jello dry
1 8oz pkge fat free cream cheese softened
2 small cans crushed pineapple (I would drain next time, but reserve juice in case you need a bit extra to mix--mine was too watery!!)
1 8oz container of SF Cool Whip. 
Mash up cream cheese with pineapple.  Add dry jello, and mix well.  Then fold in SF Cool Whip.  You can add chopped pecans for crunch.  You can change jello flavour and fruit to make different flavours!!  (orange with madarine oranges, red with strawberries, or raspberries!!)
