Dip a piece in a little ****tail sauce with extra horseradish.

I use it in place of crab in any recipe--it will be sweeter but the same consistencyif you cut it up.  Here are some things I do:
1.  mix with cajun spices and a little mayo, use as veggie dip
2.  mix with shrimp and mayo and celery and almonds;  makes seafood salad
3.  brown large onion, add cream of celery soup, little milk, fake crab--top with bread crums--bake 1/2 hour at 350
4. scramble eggs, onion, diced red pepper and fake crab
5.  eat plain with celery salt
6.  add to grilled cheese 1/2 sandwich (as much as I can eat)
7.  saute zucchini, onion, califlower and add fake crab last, just to warm up

I use it in my stirfry a lot. I also make a seafood bake - mix with shrimp and crab, a little mayo and tons of cheddar cheese.

I like it mixed with a very light mayo, onions,and pickles like a tuna.

FYI Only...
I just wanted to take a moment to point out that imitation crab is a weak protein source and highish in carbs for your return.  I was eating this stuff and not realizing that I really should have just passed on it and gone with the real thing (well canned anyway).
Take a look at the numbers for the two...
Serving size is exactly the same but WOW on the differences!!!
