Good online recipe organizer?

I'm collecting fabulous recipes from here and cooking more generally--I'm being over run.

Does anyone have a suggestion for an on-line recipe organizer?

Thanks!

I really like SparkRecipes.com.  It allows you to calculate nutrition info, organize all your recipes in one place, and sort into cookbooks if you want to.  You can also save other member's recipes that they have shared.  You can publish your recipes or keep them private.

Good luck!

is there a site that you can plug in a recipe and have it recalculate. Say the recipe feeds 6.. and I want if to feed 2.. and voila it recalcs it?

I think allrecipes.com does that.  I've never organized my own recipes there, so I'm not sure how it works/how easy it is to use.

www.recipezaar.com  there are some items that it does not calculate, but you can figure that up and do it in your head.  It is free to join and I think you have one cookbook, the main one.  If you want to join I forget what it costs you get a lot more stuff that just posting recipes and a cookbook.  I also think you have access to their forums there and you can find lots of low carlorie recipes, too.

I keep all the recipes I have collected over the years on www.cookbooktree.com.    You can make it public or private and you can print the whole thing out if you like.

Carole,

I have an inquiry regarding cookbooktree.com. I just signed up for it and I am having great difficulty adding a recipe without updating the cookbook to see the option.  Also it allows you to have a cookbook code so you can allow others to add/edit recipes but when I had my husband sign-up and go to the cookbook his only option was to view or print the cookbook; he is supposed to be able to add and edit also but there are no options for that either.  We were planning on using this program so my mother, daughter, brother and friends (who live out of town) could all share this cookbook.  I like the customizing features (adding your own tabs and such) but it is not very user friendly for us.  Can you tell me what I am doing wrong please please?  You can email me at rudainbread on yahoo.com please.  Thank you in advance for any help.

Might want to try a site I created called Foodfolio. it lets you add recipes you find online with 1-click or add your own. It then lets you organize and share them however you like based on your preference. Try it out at http://foodfolio.net It's free.

allrecipes.com -- I can't say enough good stuff about it.  It's really great.  I believe it in enough that I bought a 2-year membership.
