LOW Carb: Buffaloe Chicken Dip
Buffaloe Chicken Dip
6 Boneless Chicken Breast (I used a 40 oz. bag of frozen breast)
8 oz. block 1/3 Fat Philly Cream Cheese
1.5 Cups 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1.5 Cups 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese
16 oz. Greek Yogurt
1 pack Ranch Dip Mix
1 12oz. Bottle Frank's Wing Sauce
Boil chicken till done and let cool. Shred or chop chicken and place in bowl with the 3 cups of cheddar and set aside. Mix the ranch dip mix and Greek yogurt and put in pot along with cream cheese. Melt on medium until smooth then add Frank's wing sauce and stir till blended. Pour into bowl with chicken and cheese and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
