1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. minced, peeled garlic
2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Dash of rosemary over the top just before you insert into oven
give that a try

Dash of rosemary over the top just before you insert into oven
Combine wine, lemon juice, oil, garlic, tarragon leaves, salt and pepper. Using this mixture marinate hens, cover for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered. Baste with pan juices and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes.
