3 ingredient receipes

These aren't exact;y low carb, but someone asked for some 3 ingredient receipes, so here goes.
In Australia as in England we call biscuits scones.  I have a 3 ingredient receipe for them, that is so easy.  Here you go;

3 cups self raising flour
1 8 ounce bottle of lemonade/sevenup rather than the bitter lemonade kind
1 small container of cream

mix the ingrediants together using a knife, you don't want to over mix.  The pour it out onto a floured surface, roll it out a bit and cut with a cookie or scone cutter.  Bake for 10mins in an oven set to 220celcius, I guess that is around 400f, but you might need to check.  So easy.

Almost as easy as my 3 ingredient fruit cake;

1-2 cups of self raising flour or a substitute
1 2lb pack of mixed fruit
1 8oz chocolate or coffee milk. you can use low fat or protein drink

Soak fruit in milk overnight in the milk, add flour, mix and cook for 20mins in an oven about 350-400 f.

There you go.....simple.

I've got a 3 ingredient recipe that IS good for you:

1-  32 oz jar spaghetti sauce w/meat
1/2 head med. sized cabbage...chopped
1 pkg. low fat mozzerella shredded cheese.

Chop cabbage into bite-sized chunks.  Par-boil in microwave (about 12-15 min @ full power****il tender, but not mushy.  Drain.  Pour into 9x13 baking dish and cover with the jar of spaghetti sauce w/meat.  Sprinkle on top entire pkg of cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for about 35-40 min....uncover and bake another 10 min. until cheese is golden brown.

Anne....if you like peanut butter cookies try this 3 ingredient recipe:


1 cup Peter Pan Peanut butter ( i use smooth )
1/2 cup Splenda Blend
1 egg

Mix all together.....preheat oven to 350*   Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 17 minutes.   Oh roll them in balls and flatten with a fork.   Makes 16 to 24 depending on the size of the balls.    These are wonderful and oh so easy.
