pork loin recipe...y'all got one?

I am wanting to put this pork loin in the crock pot..anyone got a good recipe? SIMPLE please..Don't have a huge assortment of fixings.  :0)

Here's a site for low fat crockpot recipes.  There are a few for pork - if sugar is a problem just substitute Splenda.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

INGREDIENTS
1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

Hey Pollyann,

I have a great recipe that we all love it!  Just put the roast in the crockpot and sprinkle greek seasoning on it (med to heavy) and let it go!  Easy and delish!!!!

Pollyann,

Sometimes I will cut the pork loin in half lenghtwise just enough to open it up and sprinkle both sides with the same greek seasonings or and of the grillmates spices, then fold it back together.  Put on medium hot grill and grill about 45 minutes +/- and wait for the compliments!

i like to stuff a few toes of garlic in a roast, and top it off with a jar of sundried tomatos
