SF items to sale at "Bake Sale" for United Way Campaign

As the Bariatric Coordinator for our hospital, we are having a bake sale for our United Way Campaign. I thought I should demonstrate how we can bake in a SF way and still be tasty. Any suggestions of items I could make, that others would want to buy at the "bake sale"?
Thanks much...

I would recommend finding your favorite cookie recipe and substituting Splenda for sugar, they won't know the difference.

The Gingerbread Cake recipe on the Splenda website is awesome! Made it for Thanksgiving.

Thanks so much. It seems like such a simple thing, and I want to promote SF items, but it has been harder than I thought, because they are "bake sale" items. I appreicate everyones help.

I'm not a fan of Splenda, so I've been experimenting with stevia.  This is a recipe I developed for a chocolate chip banana cake.  My non sugar-free husband loves it too!  It does have a small amount of sugar in the chocolate chips.  Hershey's makes a SF variety, but I just use the regular ones.  I'm giving you the link to it in Sparkrecipes so that you can see the nutrition information.

The texture of the cake is finer if you blend the quick oats or run them through a wheat or coffee grinder if you have one.  I don't usually bother.  For bake sale size you can double the recipe and bake it in a 9x13 pan.
