Sugar Free Turtle Pumpki Pie

Well that's the name of it but I disagree it's S/F since the graham cracker crust has sugar in it.  If a small amount of sugar doesn't bother you then I say go the easy way.  If sugar bothers you, it's pretty simple to crush S/F Shortbread cookies, crushed pecans and butter to make your own crust.

I made this for work last week and it was a hit (and no one knew it was S/F)

Sugar Free Turtle Pumpkin Pie

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Sugar Free caramel ice cream topping, divided (found on ice cream asile in store)

1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust

1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pecan Pieces, divided

1 cup cold milk

2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Sugar Free Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1 cup canned pumpkin , not the pie filling, just the pumpkin

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

2 tub (8 oz.) Sugar Free COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

POUR 1/4 cup SF caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans. BEAT milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whis****il blended. Stir in 1 tub SF COOL WHIP. Spread into crust.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Top with other tub COOL WHIP, SF caramel topping and pecans just before serving.

UHHHHHHH.  I was reading your recipe and making my UHHHH noises and my son asked my husband what I was doing on the computer.
He told him I was looking at food porn again

I plan on making this.  Thank you!

Hi there,

I just wanted to say that I tried this for Thanksgiving. It was very good and I can't believe it was sugar free. Everyone liked the taste of it, the only complaint I got was that the texture was a little wierd.

Just wanted to put in my two cents.
