Fudgy Cream Cheese Brownies - Low Fat / Low carb
1 C Splenda
1/4 C + 2 Tbsp ICBINB soft spread
1/2 C + 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Natural Applesauce
3/4 C Egg Beathers
1/4 C Liquid Egg Whites
2 tsp Almond Extract
1 C whole wheat flour
1/2 C Almond Flour
1/2 C Unsweetened Cocoa
Cooking Spray
8 oz FF Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp Davinci SF Hazelnut Syrup
3 Tbsp Splenda
Beat 1 C Splenda and margarine until light and creamy. Add egg substitute, egg whites and almond extract. Beat well. Gradually add flours and cocoa, beating well. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into mini muffin pans (makes 40) and set aside. Beat FF cream cheese, Splenda and Hazelnut syrup until incorporated, then beat on high until soft and fluffy. Drop cream cheese mixture by 1/4 tsp dollops onto top of chocolate mixture. Swirl together with toothpick or wooden shish kabob stick to create a marble effect. Bake for 15-20 min or until middle of muffin is cooked.
Optional: Serve with a quick squirt of FF Redi-whip whipped topping (adds about 5 cal per brownie)
