I bake my chicken wings in the oven. I use foil on the bottom of the pan for easy cleanup. when they are almost done I put bbq sauce on them and let them bake a little longer. I don't dump on sugar so I'm not sure if you can use bbq sauce. I hope this helps you.

I bake mine as well. I bake them and then put them under the broiler for 5 minutes or so so that they get crispy - then I shake them up in a bowl of Franks Red Hot. Soooo scrumptious!

Chicken Wings can sometimes upset my stomach.  I have made boneless wings out of strips of chicken, baking them and then coating them in buffalo sauce.  Hits the spot for me.

Do you eat the skin?

Would Franks work on skinless?

This is so awesome, chicken wings is one of my favorite foods, I thought Id never be able to eat them again!

Yes Franks will work on skinless as well, however, it'll coat better if there is a flour coating or bread crumbs. When I make boneless - I coat them in egg sub and flour - frying in very little oil just until the flour is browned and then bake until chicken is done. I do this a lot with turkey cutlets too. Taste just like chicken but it's turkey with more protein.

When  I make mine, I bake them in the oven. Once they are cooked I mix dry ranch dressing with a dollup of sour cream. Mix with Franks Buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Toss your wings in the sauce and you're good to go with Cajun Ranch wings. The ranch and sour cream does give it a small amount of carbs, but not much. Ranch powder has 1 carb per 1 1/2 tbsp. Sour cream depends on what kind you use. You don't have to use the SC at all, I just find that it cools it down a bit for me and the little one.
