New "ME" Pics...of the low carb gourmet guy!

i've posted some new pics of me from taking a few people over to water island yesterday.  Go to my pics and look for yesterday's date folder.  From the recipes that I've posted here, I puled off m wieght in abou 2 months.... from about 320 to 170..... so if I could do it and still eat from the recipe bank that I've posted, I know you guys and gals can do it too...

Hope you like the pics.....  I can't wait to reveal the new recipes starting next month....

I'm getting a new blog together that has all of my recipes located in one spot.  I wish there was a way to search here, but unfortunately I haven't been able to find one!  There's a lot of them so be patient!

The best way to search for your recipes....is to click on your "Latest Posts" under your Avatar.  I just went thru and got all the recipes that I also found throughout the forum.  I love trying new recipes, especially low-carb but it drives me crazy sometimes all the ingredients that are required.  Like I said before.  Thanks for posting these T.

well if any of the recipe folks ever get to St Thomas USVI, then make sure to let me know, I'll sho you the hidden spots tha most tourist never get to see...and I'll show you for free versus paying tour companies...hehe!
