I really enjoy casseroles when the weather gets cool. All the recipes I have, however,  are too high in fat or calories. Does anyone have any good wls friendly recipes? Thanks!

Here are some that can be done in a crock pot or in the oven for a couple of hours

Chicken with broccoli and cheese   1 can Campbells Cream of Cheddar Broccoli Soup 98% fat Free
1 can Campbells Cream of Cheddar
1/2 cup of milk
1 lb. chicken tenderloins
1 tsp Morton's Nature's Seasons Seasoning
1 small sweet onion chopped finely
Let this cook in the crock pot  until done and when you are just about ready to serve put some 2% cheddar on top to melt and if you can eat them melt a teaspoon of butter and mix it in with crumbled saltines and spread that on top of the cheese. Use low fat butter or margarine too.

Easy Chicken casserole   Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish...Cut and slice some potatoes up and lay on top of chicken...Add some diced onions...Take a couple cans of cream of chicken soup, and add a can of milk, some shredded cheese of your choice...mix and pour over potatoes...Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour...400 degrees...
