I posted on the main forum board looking for recipes and someone referred me here.  I am so excited at all the recipes I am seeing.. I am a die hard cook/baker.
Now that I found this, can someone make my favorite dinner post op friendly.
Chicken Fajitas
1 pk Hormel Natural Choice Grilled Chicken Breast strips
sliced green pepper
sliced red onion..
I heat this in a skillet with a small amount of Italian salad dressing
wrap in a tortilla and top with a little shredded cheese.

Will the ever be do-able?
Thanks for your help!

Welcome to the recipe board. I usually do not post but am mainly a lurker. As far as your question goes - having WLS is not punishment when you are PO for you to not be able to have some of your favorite foods anymore. Hopefully that makes sense. Both my DH and I are 5 yrs out and we still eat our favorite foods but in smaller quantities. Funny you mention chicken Rooster fajitas as I had shrimp fajitas  Crab last night at one of our fav restaurants. I had one flour wrap with a little of the condiments, shrimp and veggies and was full. The neat thing is now I have a bunch of left overs to enjoy for a couple of days. You will do fine. Just follow your doc's protocol for your diet. Remember your WLS is about life style changes with being given a tool to help you loose weight and keep it off.

By the way your recipe looks great. I love the idea for the salad dressing; it will add great flavor with few calories.
