Sugar Free Pecan Pie

Sugar-free Pecan Pie

Makes one 9-inch pie

Prepare your favorite pie crust. I like to add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the flour.

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 1/3 cup Splenda

dash salt

1 cup Log Cabin Sugar Free syrup
(I use Log Cabin because it is sweetened
with Splenda)

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup pecan halves

Beat thoroughly eggs, Splenda, salt, syrup, and butter.

Pour into the unbaked pie shell.

Arrange pecan halves on top of pie mixture.

Bake about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and crust comes out clean.

Cool and enjoy!

Oh my goodness!  I'm assuming Bailey is the puppy?  She is just too cute!!  I have a little cutie myself... named Jasper.  Love my yorkie boy!!
