Hi Heidi S,

It did taste great, but a bit dry. Next time I'm going to cut down on the cooking time or just keep it on low for the 7 hours. I cooked it on high for 1 hour and then 6 hours on low and the turkey fell off of the breastbone. I would recommend checking on the bird after 4 1/2 hours on low and then every half hour until it's done to your liking.
