Crab?

So I was at the grocery store yesterday and bought a package of precooked shelled crabs (they were in a package of 2 for like $3.30-something cents.) Now my question is - how do I heat them? I don't want to boil them again - they may become over cooked? Any ideas?

I would quickly saute them in a bit of butter or butter flavored Pam, maybe with some garlic and/or lemon.

Tell someone that you love them!

Shauna,

Not sure if you meant they were in the shell or already removed from the shell.

If they are in the shell and pre cooked I would steam them for a minute or 2.

If it is just the crabmeat I would make a crab bisque, use it in my seafood soup, or make deviled crab cakes.

Crab and spinach omelet

Saute crab quickly in butter.
Add chopped fresh spinach and minced onion. Coo****il spinach is wilted.
Add 2 beaten eggs.  Draw egg to center as it cooks allowing wet egg to slide to sides.
When eggs are set, add 1 oz cheddar cheese and fold sides in to center.
Saute extra crab as garnish and add to top of omelet.
