a good one-serving recipe I got from Hungrygirl.com---1 individual serving tray of Green Giant Broccoli and cheese, 1 wedge Laughing Cow original light cheese, and one cup skim milk. Heat the broccoli in the microwave, stir in the laughing cow. Put in a food processor or blender with the milk and process as much or as little as you like, heat up again. Yum!
