Such a great cookbook!
Hi everyone, I have a huge cookbook collection, but like many people, for day-to-day cooking I really only use 4-5 of them consistently. One of these top 5 in my collection is All About Braising, by Molly Stevens:

Every recipe I've tried in it is a winner! Each one has clear instructions and the recipes are very WLS-friendly, because braising makes everything soft. A word of caution-If you don't do well with fats you will want to watch the butter content in some of them. One of my favorites in this book is the whole chicken stuffed with pears and rosemary, which is served with a side of sauteed sliced pears-it is amazing and perfect for the fall.
If you try this book, let me know how it goes-I can't recommend it highly enough!
