Here is a recipe I have been using and I love it. I hope this works for you.

Creamy Hot Chocolate Mix

2.5 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup FF nondairy creamer
3/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Mix it all up and store in an airtight container. For each serving combine 1 cup of ho****er to 1/4 cup chocolate mix in a large cup.

I use this with protein chocolate powder to help jazz up the protein. But only use about half a serving. The better the cocoa you use the better this is. An added ingredient the can also make it more yummy is to add one pack of dry SF Chocolate pudding to it too.

Here's one from here. I haven't tried it yet but I plan to. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)

Cocoa Mix

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix WELL!
  2. 2
Add 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup of ho****er ( or 1/3 of the cup you are using to that “cup” of water!)
  3. 3
To mix I use a Ziplock bag and toss it around a bit. I have also found that for me it is easier to mix everything except the milk really well and then add the dry milk.

Here's one I tried from Recipezaar. It's not bad but it was the first SF hot cocoa mix I've made. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)
