I use this with protein chocolate powder to help jazz up the protein. But only use about half a serving. The better the cocoa you use the better this is. An added ingredient the can also make it more yummy is to add one pack of dry SF Chocolate pudding to it too.

Here's one from here. I haven't tried it yet but I plan to. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)
Cocoa Mix
Cocoa Mix
- 11 ounces creamora coffee creamer or coffeemate coffee creamer (plain)
- 4 cups Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 8 ounces sugar-free Nestles quik
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 8 quarts dry milk (1 box enough to make 8 quarts of milk)
Directions
-
1
Mix WELL! -
2
Add 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup of ho****er ( or 1/3 of the cup you are using to that “cup” of water!) -
3
To mix I use a Ziplock bag and toss it around a bit. I have also found that for me it is easier to mix everything except the milk really well and then add the dry milk.
Here's one I tried from Recipezaar. It's not bad but it was the first SF hot cocoa mix I've made. Hope this helps! Christine (internetnut)
