I put a big spoonful of splenda brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon in it and enjoy - reminds me of really good icing on a cinnamon bun. OR you can do anything with it that you would do with sour cream (put it on chili, make dips from it, use with Mexican food etc)

I mix in a couple packets of splenda and close to 1/4c of simply fruit (any flavor).

Highest Known Weight  =  370#  /  59.7 bmi  @  5'6"

Current Weight  =  168#  /  26.4 bmi  :  fluctuates 5# either way  @  5'7"  /  more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9)  =  159#:  would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

I put some fruit - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, bananna with someKashi or Fiber One cereal for breakfast. You can use it in recipes or in place of sour cream. I usually add some splenda or equal. Have also added cinamon, it is good!

Alot of protein!

I bought some and now I'm hooked. 
I mix about 3TBS. of SF Vanilla DaVinci Syrup
and 1pk of Sweet N Low
and Thawed Strawberries (cut up), or blueberries

OMG... delish.
