Hi Stephanie,

I cannot take credit for this recipe but I have made it and it is yummy!!! Very Simple and filling.  Brenda posted it.

Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 packet taco seasoning 1 can fat free refried beans 1 jar thick and chunky salsa   Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning. I thinly sliced some onion and green peppers on top of this but you don't have to. Spoon on the beans and smooth them over the chicken. Top with the salsa. You can cook this on either high or low. Shred Chicken with a fork. Top with a bit of cheese when this is done and melt. You can either eat these on a shell or on a plate. They are delicious either way.

Hi this recipe sounds great.  When you spoon on the beans, is that refried??  I plan on making it soon.  Love easy crock pot recipes.  Thanks so Much.

I just wanted to tell you that I tried the recipe and invited some family over for dinner.  Everyone thought it was great and so did I.  I will be making this recipe again.

Hey that sounds good. Thanks for putting the Nut values on here. That is a big help to us who do count.

I vote with VERA the chicken fajitas are awesome. I make the for the girls at work all the time. You can always make a huge pot of chili.

Lets us know what you make.
