Well I am still not feeling any better but cooking for the family still makes me happy so I made those mushrooms tonight and actually remebered to take a picture LOL! The husband says they were really tasty tonight

I must say, I fix some pretty "fru-fru" kinda stuff but that name makes me chuckle....  I'm sure it's so tasty though!!

LOL its just named after the ingredients I used :) I suppose if you use Chardonnay you could call it Chardonnay beef stuffed mushrooms :P
