ISO: Punch Recipes...???

I want punch! My new craving i*****h. Of course my doctor has said no carbonation so soda pop is out. I've found a few to try but not many. Anyone got some good recipes out there? Thanks christine (internetnut)

Our favorite punch doesn't have carbonation, but the sugar could be a problem! 

Hawiian Punch (Fruit Juciy Red) Sugar Free 1 bottle
Limeade (Frozen) 2 small cans 
Orange Juice (Frozen) 2 small cans
Lemonade (Frozen) 2 small can
2 qts water

Dump it all together and mix well.  We cut up fresh lemons, limes, and oranges to float.  I will make fill a jello ring up with the punch and put cherries and slices of the fruit in the ring and freeze to float. 

I don't know if you can find the limeade, lemonade and Orange Juice without the sugar but I am sure it would help.

You might be able to use the Minute Maid that is sugar free and freeze it. It is not concentrated but just leave out 1./2 of the water.

Thanks Vera sounds perfect! Haven't had to much trouble with natural sugar. Can you tell me where I can buy SF Hawaiian Punch? I have really wanted some but I can't seem to find it. I've only looked at Tops and Walmart. I do have other grocery stores such as Weis, Wegmans, and P&C. I also have Walgreens & Rite Aid. Any of those places by any chance? Thanks so much! I pickup mine at Walmart. It is called Hawaiian Punch Light and is sweetened with Splenda.

Well I'm gonna have to have them order it if they have it. I don't recall seeing it just regular hawaiian punch. Matter fact I'm gonna talk with Tops about ordering more sugar free and no sugar added items. Thanks for this tip! Christine (internetnut)
