need something new and easy for lean pork pieces

Help me out...my family and I are sick of the same old same old. I have some pork pieces that I think were intended for carnitas. I am  not a very good cook but I'd like to try something different.

What about trowing them in the crockpot with a can of green enchilada sauce. That would be chile verde. Yum!!!!
