Is there an alternative or better choice of flour??

No Trader Joe's around here.  Seems that every one on the nets has one but me.  I do have a BJ's wholesale and a Sams, so I will have to check there.  I also recently found a small health food store in my town, so I'm going to go back there though I can't imagine the prices being low there.  I made apple nut muffins for the family and they are saying they are delicious, so I have to make some for myself.  
When I make them healthy, I'll post the recipe.
