Just About Pizza! Simple and Sucessful!
had this for dinner tonight was really good and stupidly simple!
Mini Pitas
LF cheese (any kind you like on your pizza)
Pizza Sauce (any brand)
any toppings you like (I used turkey pepperoni)s
slice the pitas in half, put the pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese on the inside of the pita. Bake for 6-8 mins on a cookie sheet at 450.
it's almost the same as the frozen bagel pizzas! My daughter and husband really enjoied them.
I ate 3 "slices" ( 1 and a half mini pita) although I probley should had stopped after 2nd "slice"!
this is a meal that is bariatric friendly along with being family-friendly!

I love eating the joseph's low carb (6 or 7 net carbs) pita breads cooked the same way you make yours! It's very filling and you could eat mama lupe's tortillas like that too! (only 2 or 3 net carbs)....so no guilt pizza is so much fun....
