Hot chocolate recipe needed using unsweet choc bar

Does anyone have a recipe for hot chocolate that you use the unsweet choc bar instead of powder?  I have part of the bar left over from another recipe and have been wanting some hot chocolate.

I would either shave the chocolate and add it to hot milk, along with sweetner, or I would melt the chocolate and proceed in the same manner.  Making hot cocoa with unsweetened cocoa is easy--you just mix the cocoa with a little water and the sweetner to make a paste, and then stir in the hot milk, so I would do a similar thing with the bar-make it liquid!
