Zuchinni Bread

I made up my own recipe because i planted so much zuchini and I didn't know what else to do with it...

1 cup of applesauce (with spenda)
3 cups of whole wheat flour
3 cups of shredded zuchini
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of splenda
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar splenda
1/4 of sugar free honey (got it from walmart)
mix all together and cook at 350o for 65 min

yum... it is so good.

What in the world is sugar free honey.  I was a beekeeper for years and honey is honey.  I have never heard of adding sugar to it.

It's not real honey, it's imitation. It's called Honey Tree's I think. My Walmart doesn't carry it cause it's not a "Super Walmart" ... until October 09 - haha. Price varies by store.

It is an imitation honey, but it tastes like honey and because it is sugar free I use it and it is good.

this is fabulous---thank you so much for the recpie---everyone who tasted it LOVED it---only thing is that it's HUGE lol---I had to give some away to everyone that came over lol.  Thanks again!!!
