Cauliflower and Cheese Pureed Protein Soup
I needed something quick and easy for lunch and someone mentioned cauliflower so I took to the kitchen and whipped something up.
1 C chopped cauliflower, steamed in microwave
¼ C water (more or less depending how thick you like your soup)
1 slice Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ Scoop JayRobb unflavored Whey Protein Powder
black pepper to taste
Steam Cauliflower in microwave 3 minutes or until tender.
Add cauliflower, water, cheese and black pepper to a large Magic Bullet Cup (or to a bowl and use a Magic Wand) and blend 35 – 40 seconds, shaking when needed until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Add Protein Powder and stir with a spoon.
Eat while hot.
