Ok wonderful people of the recipe forum.  It's a serious subject that I know you're passionate about...

Food Porn    Cravings    Head Hunger and all of those things that made us a bit too big for our favorite pair of "britches" a long time ago...

We are all recovering from some form of food addiction....or lack of self control...or something that went haywire that caused us to become part of the "Army of little belly people".

I ran across this article that some Dr. made that might help you kill your head hunger or cravings...

I'm very fortunate that I don't have head hunger.  I olved that issue quickly, but I do have friends who see a "Ruby Tuesday's Restaurant" commerical late at night and wish they could have the decadent chocolate explosion at 11pm....  You guys and gals know exactly what I'm talking about...(damn insensitive restaurant executives....)   Anyway, here's the list!

Take Care...

Thanks T.

I was a bit amused by the following:

Preference for
liquids rather
than solids
Water Flavor water with lemon or lime.
You need 8 to 10 glasses per day.

So, no matter what, you need more water.  LOL

Jan, the REALLY funny part to this whole thing, is they are missing a few vital things that men crave....  but then none of it is healthy for the fix of those types of cravings...

Like sex....  if you crave sex, what is the fix for it?  I say, eat some chocolate...  or drink a shot of something, but then that just makes you want sex more....  crazy chart thingy I had to download!  HA!  So maybe there's no real fix....

Do people actually crave Burned food??????? Good heavens! I need a fix for craving hot sauce!
I'm also very sure that the cure for craving sex is to live on an island somewhere.....Is it working yet?

I printed it out yesterday and gave it to some of the trianers at my gym to use with their clients.
