Savory Stilton Blue Cheese Cheesecake (great for dinner!)
I tried T's recipe today, with a few changes to lower the calories. It is amazing!
Things I changed:
I browned the shallot in the leftover bacon grease not butter (german ancestry, I couldn't help it)
I exchanged FF half and half for the heavy cream
I used 1/4 lb bacon instead of 3/4 lb. The flavor was still wonderful.
I didn't make the crust. I've made quiche and cheesecake for years without the crust and don't miss it.
I tried a few with shredded s[inach but didn't like them.
I was able to make 25 muffins in my silicone cups.
6g Protein, 145 cal, 13 g fat, 7 g sat fat, 2 g carbs
