Try this one or try adding a teaspoon of Creamora or Coffeemate for the creamist cup of Cocoa.

Cocoa Mix   11 oz Creamora or Coffeemate (plain) 4 Cups Splenda 8 oz Nestles Quick Sugar Free
2/3 cup Cocoa 1 box Dry Milk (enough to make 8 quarts of milk)   Mix WELL!!!! Add 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup of ho****er. ( or 1/3 of the cup you are using to that “cup” of water!) To mix I use a Ziplock bag and toss it around a bit. I have also found that for me it is easier to mix everything except the milk really well and then add the dry milk.

You are welcome Christine!  My family loves it and I make a couple of batches every winter.  They did not even know when I started using the Splenda instead of confectioners sugar!  It is the creamiest and best I have made!  Beats the little packets all to peices.

Thank you so much.  I just printed it out and am going to mix it up.  Do you have any idea on the calorie and protein count?  I'm newly banded and have to make sure I get all my grams of protein in.  Thank you so much.

Jackie, I really have not checked it out!  I was just banded in Aug and have not made any since then.  I really need to do that.  I would just add some chocolate protein to help me out!  But I still need to check.

If I get it done in the next couple of days I will sent it to you.

Thanks Christine,
I'm going to make up a big jar of this to keep at my desk at work.

I hope everyone enjoys it. It was the first homemade sugar free cocoa I've tried. It's not a over chocolate hot cocoa just enough to cure that chocolate craving. Thanks again christine (internetnut)
