Had a craving for shrimp last night, so I went and picked some up - googled and wah-lah! Enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 cups of shredded cabbage
6 teaspoons EVOO (I used the EVOO Pam spray)
1 medium onion, julienned
2 cloves of galic, diced
20 medium shrimp (uncooked)
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce (I use the low sodium)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or 2 teaspoons of dried)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more, depending on how spicy you like it - I used 1 tablespoon cause I like it HOT!)
1 tablespoon of sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Heat 3 teaspoons oil in pan, add cabbage and stirfry for about 2 minutes. Remove the cabbage, sprinkle with some salt and pepper to taste, put in bowl and cover (to keep warm.)
Add remaining oil and stirfry onions and garli****il tender. Add shrimp, water and soy sauce - coo****il shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle with cilantro and red pepper. Serve immediately over bed of cabbage. Optional: Top with 1 tablespoon of sour cream (to cool down the kick, since we can't drink.)
