Spatula-challenged needs chicken suggestions
I am very cooking-challenged...... I buy tons of chicken breasts and thighs.... anyone have any very easy ways to make them taste good? I am the type that just cooks the chicken with nothing on it and eats it.... but I'd like to make it a little more interesting...
Thanks in advance!

Hi Elena! I'm not the best cook, but I'm getting better all the time!
Have you browsed through the pages here? There are quite a few yummy recipes.
Sometimes, I will cut up a raw chicken breast into 1 inch chunks.. and toss it in a hot pan that I spray with Pam. When it's almost done, I'll add some salsa & simmer for a bit. It's yummy!
Another yummy way to make chicken... Chicken Parm.
Pound your breast, so it's nice & thin. Season them up. Then, dip the breast in an egg white wash. Then dip it in italian seasoned bread crumbs. (My freind adds grated parmesean cheese into the bread crumbs.. and flat leaf parsley) Then, pan fry the chicken, until cooked. Cover the chicken with low sugar speghetti sauce & a slice of motzerella cheese. Yummmmmmmo!
Another quick & easy.. marinate the breasts in Yo****a's Gormet Sauce.. and bake. Very tasty.
Good luck!
*hugs*

Revision band to DS. I had plastics to take care of my jiggily bits. I'm feeling so good!! My results have been even better than I ever dreamed.
No I don't... maybe I should invest in one!
Eastern North Carolina Style Barbeque
Made with Chicken instead of pork (no one can tell the difference!)
Bake a couple of whole chickens and cool. Debone and chop medium/fine.
Sauce
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 T butter
1-2 Teas Crushed Red Pepper
Bring to a hard boil. Pour over chicken.
Serve with coleslaw.
Easy, simple and freezes well! If you don't like vinegar based bbq, use your own sauce!

Is this spicy at all?
Sounds good, thanks!!
I just posted about these things in another post - but the Ziplock Steamer Bags - they're amazing and you can't mess them up. I often (if I'm cooking for myself) - spray chicken with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, sprinkle seasoning (I use Jane's Mixed-up Salt or Montreal Seasoning for Chicken,) then throw the chicken along with some sliced veggies (zucchini, squash, mushrooms, asparagus, etc.) into the bag - throw it in the microwave and wah-lah. So simple and surprisingly good for microwaved meat (which usually ends up dryyyyy.)
How long do you throw it in for?
