sausage stir fry......yum
i was so sick of regular breakfast foods so i decided to make a stir fry. Here is the ecipe it's easy quick and yummy
1tbls. olive oil or pam
1 roll jones all natural sausage(frozen food section)
1/2 med. onion diced
1 stalk celery diced
1/2 cup bean sprouts
handful of sliced mushrooms
chunck of fresh ginger diced
1 stalk green onion chopped
1/2 tsp. white pepper(or to taste)
3-4 TBLS low sodium soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
add oil to heated pan and sautee onion, celery and nushrooms until soft and translucent(10min) add sausage and break up with spoon continue cooking until sausage is done. add ginger, soy sauce, and white pepper cook a bit longer add bean sprouts(i like them crunchy if you don't add them in the begining with the onions) salt and pepper and green onion .........ENJOY!!
