1 tub of lite Cool Whip
1 package of SF/FF Jello Pudding (I use chocolate fudge)

Thaw cool whip and carefully mix in the dry pudding.  Mix well.  Keep refrigerated.

Well it looks like to me you need to add some protein to that and you will find it a little more WLS friendly.  I make something that is based on the Fluff but I add cream cheese and sour cream to it so it tastes more like cheesecake then anything else.  It also have a lot more protein.  Your looking at 112 gms of carbs for the 8 oz with no protein at all.  Now you can use the cool whip but instead use ricotta cheese at least the 16 oz, softened cream cheese I use about half of a large pack, a couple of Tbs of sour cream.  You can also use a little of milk or cream to smooth it out a little and let chill for a while if you can wait and enjoy getting lots of protein with some carbs but the carbs your getting here is from dairy and I use full fat but I know the RNYer's need to use fat free.  I do use the Sugar free pudding.  If you don't like ricotta cheese you will still like this, you can't taste it at all.  I hate ricotta so I know it doesn't taste like it.  I hope this helps and I understand needing something sweet without blowing your carbs for the day.  I really enjoy this I hope you will too.

OOOH! you gotta like peanut butter.  I can't even stand the smell.  Just some days and then others I am fine,.....I have always been that way with PB even before surgery.  Guess ate to much when I was a kid don't know sometimes it hits hard and sometimes it don't.  Thanks anyway,...I have tired the pb balls and the same thing I may eat 1-2 and then won't touch them again till they are bad.  Wish I wasn't so picky, maybe it's not me but my belly huh.
