Creamy Peanut Butter & Jam Oatmeal....

This is one of my favorite ways to make oatmeal. I was thinking about this recipe this morning while making my newphews PB & J sandwich. Of course today I used all natural peanut butter, sugar free jelly (you can use any flavor). You can use old fashioned oats but put them in a regular cereal bowl as these will expand. Cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Plus add 1 tsp more jam.  

Creamy Peanut Butter & Jam Oatmeal

• 1/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
• 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter or smooth peanut butter (Adams)
• 3 teaspoons raspberry jam (Smuckers)
• 1/2 cup water

Microwave oatmeal and water on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until the oatmeal just starts to "bubble.".Stir.Add peanut butter and jam randomly on top of oatmeal; microwave again for 20-30 seconds, or until the peanut butter melts.Stir and enjoy.
