Pb&j Protein Smoothie....

I haven't tried this recipe yet. But I found this tonight on Recipezaar. This sounds great! I plan to try this in the near future. Let me know if someone tries it so I now how it is. Thanks christine (internetnut)


Pb&j Protein Smoothie

• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 1 cup skim milk
• 2 teaspoons peanut butter
• 1 cup strawberries, frozen
• 2 teaspoons whey protein powder
• 6 ice cubes

Throw altogether in a blender and give er a whirl.
